E Komo Mai!

If you are here, you love Jack. If you're new to his music and dont feel comfortable using the L-word just yet, you soon will.

Jack Johnson reigns straight from the shores of Hawaii. Born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu, Jack grew up with the aloha spirit he still so strongly holds. Most people lose that sense of humbleness and genuinity once they hit main-stream American stardom, but Jack remains the same island boy he always has been.

I was fortunate enough to meet Jack twice, where both times he and the band were gracious enough to come out after the show and hang out with everyone still there. Not only was he, Merlo, and Adam some of the most down-to-earth, humble, kind, and genuine people I have ever met, but they were so SINCERELY grateful for all the support we gave just by coming. As said by Adam at the Honolulu concert, "Before every show, we always worry that there won't be too many people, and every show we're so amazed". Now that stadiums holding over 2000 sell out in 7 minutes, I dont think they'll have to worry much more. Jack and the guys are some of those very few artists who truly care about their fans and appreciate every ounce of genuine support they receive.

So on that note, keep supporting 'em and let them keep appreciating you.

"Athlete, artist, musician, filmmaker...Jack Johnson is a legend. He is one of those people who is real on the first encounter, showing a fine example of a humble and well-mannered human being," - Surfer Magazine

Where should Jack play next?

Quote of the Moment: "A little bit
of feminimity around makes everything
a lot nicer. There's something about
ladies being in the crowd when we play
music -- it's the same kind of thing.
And I play a lot of goofy love songs,
so if I was playing to all males, the
audience would kinda, I don't know.
I like girls"

In DESPERATE need of an update! My apologies, Ive pushed updates on this site aside for sometime now because of work and finishing up school and whatnot, but I promise to get things spruced up and updated very soon. The DISCOGRAPHY page is updated, with pictures finally refreshed and information on Jack's newest CD, IN BETWEEN DREAMS, and the film, A BROKEDOWN MELODY, two new masterpieces from the quiet genius. The ARTICLES page has 2 new articles added from earlier this year.  Keep checking back here in the next month or two for an updated site (I hope!), and make sure to check out the artists on the BANDS TO HEAR page, which is constantly being updated.
